Day 1
Pick up your car at the airport and self-drive to your 4**** Spa Resort (private transfer option also available).
A Welcome Dinner is waiting for you, featuring typical Tuscan food and DOC Chianti wines. Your Tasteful Journey has just started!

Day 2
Morning at leisure to enjoy the resort facilities, including outdoor pool and SPA area.
In the afternoon, visit Villa Machiavelli, the place where writer Niccolò Machiavelli lived during his exile from Florence, turned now into a winery. After visiting its cellars, you will reach the tavern where the writer used to eat, considered by many as the most ancient restaurant of Tuscany.
Dinner will be served, including wine pairing with own produced DOC wines and typical Florentine steak(vegetarian options also available).

Day 3
Drive through iconic Chianti winding roads and visit the car-free medieval village of Montefioralle, one of the most picturesque and ancient in the region. The village is still today enclosed within its original walls.
Home hosted lunch will follow in panoramic outdoor terrace.
In the afternoon, visit the family Antinori wine estate, wine-makers since 1385. You will be able to see how wine is made, from the vine to the bottle, through vinification and refinement. Tasting of their DOC and DOCG wines will follow.
Free time for dinner.


Day 4
Use this day to relax and to enjoy the resort facilities, including a private winetasting.


Day 5
Spend the day visiting a Farm on Chianti's hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
You will be explained all the processes for the extra virgin olive oil making. After that, a guided tour of the rest of the farm will follow, where you can see the animals and everything else that is produced on site.
During the visit, you will be served a delicious light lunch with their products, paired with local DOC wines.
Free time for dinner.


Day 6
Drive - or take the train - to Florence, birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
With its museums, palaces, and churches, the city holds part of the greatest artistic treasure of the world. Meet your local guide for a tour of the most iconic parts of the cities, including Mercato Centrale di San Lorenzo, where you will be able to taste and buy local delicacies.
Free time for dinner.


Day 7
Drive through iconic via Chiantigiana for a guided tour of the local food market in Chianti most famous village - Greve in Chianti.
The market has been held in the “piazza” of the village for almost a thousand years and the tour is led by local inhabitants! You will have the chance to taste local food, such as bread, meat, cheese, olive oil, honey and truffle.
A lesson on traditional Tuscany recipes will follow, where you will also be trained on how to recognize high quality food from the rest.
Farewell dinner at your resort.
